📋 Description

• Lead the identification and targeting of Vietnam’s largest mobile gaming companies for user acquisition partnerships to drive sustained business growth.
• Design and execute strategic growth plans that ensure advertiser success and long-term revenue expansion within the Vietnamese market.
• Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to uncover new opportunities and optimize Almedia’s positioning in the APAC mobile gaming ecosystem.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and data teams to improve product offerings, enhance customer satisfaction, and align growth initiatives with company objectives.
• Increase Almedia’s brand visibility by actively participating in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities across Vietnam’s mobile gaming and advertising sectors.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key advertisers, publishers, and stakeholders in the Vietnamese mobile gaming industry.
• Drive innovation in user acquisition strategies by testing new approaches, measuring performance, and iterating based on data-driven insights.
• Own end-to-end growth initiatives from concept to execution, with high autonomy and accountability for measurable outcomes.
• Operate in a high-speed, high-ownership environment where intensity and initiative are directly rewarded with accelerated career progression.
• Represent Almedia as a strategic partner to top-tier mobile gaming brands, positioning the company as a leader in performance-based user acquisition.
• Translate market insights into actionable growth tactics that align with Almedia’s mission to become Germany’s second bootstrapped unicorn and Europe’s #3 fastest-growing company in 2025.
• Work with a global team of ambitious professionals who operate beyond traditional 9–5 boundaries and are committed to pushing boundaries in digital marketing.
• Continuously refine internal processes and product features based on feedback from Vietnamese advertisers and user behavior data.
• Serve as the primary growth architect for Vietnam, scaling operations from initial market entry to dominant market share.

• Deep knowledge of Vietnamese mobile gaming trends, user acquisition, and sales
• A strategic, growth-oriented mindset
• Proven results in building partnerships and driving market expansion
• Strong analytical and relationship-building skills
• Fluency in Vietnamese and English
