- • Own the end-to-end growth strategy for Beach Bum’s top-priority mobile game or portfolio of new titles, acting as the Head of Marketing and strategic counterpart to the General Manager.
- • Drive aggressive scaling of games by leveraging Voodoo’s full Performance Marketing engine, including paid user acquisition, creative production, and proprietary internal tools.
- • Execute and optimize multi-channel acquisition strategies spanning paid UA, ASO, influencer marketing, partnerships, featuring, community building, and growth hacking.
- • Monitor global mobile gaming market trends and competitor activities to identify emerging high-performing growth channels and capitalize on new opportunities.
- • Conduct rigorous data analysis to evaluate channel performance, prioritize initiatives based on ROI, and uncover untapped growth levers across paid and non-paid channels.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, product, data, and engineering teams to ensure seamless execution and maximum resource utilization for growth campaigns.
- • Build and maintain deep expertise in user acquisition and ad creative strategy during a 9- to 12-month foundational period before assuming full Growth Manager responsibilities.
- • Translate analytical insights into actionable growth initiatives that directly impact player acquisition, retention, and monetization metrics.
- • Stay ahead of evolving mobile advertising ecosystems, platform algorithms, and consumer behavior shifts to continuously refine growth tactics.
- • Act as the primary driver of non-paid growth strategies, including app store optimization, organic community engagement, and strategic third-party partnerships.
- • Lead the identification and testing of innovative growth experiments across platforms, geographies, and audience segments to maximize scale and efficiency.
- • Present performance results and growth recommendations to senior leadership with clarity, data-backed reasoning, and strategic context.
- • Align all growth activities with Beach Bum’s brand identity and Voodoo’s overarching mission to entertain the world through mobile experiences.
- • Maintain a hands-on approach, proactively identifying bottlenecks and taking ownership of execution without waiting for direction.
- • Balance long-term strategic planning with rapid iteration and agile execution in a high-volume, fast-paced mobile gaming environment.
- • Manage relationships with external partners, influencers, and platforms to expand reach and enhance organic growth potential.
- • Utilize internal Voodoo tools and data systems to track KPIs, forecast performance, and optimize budget allocation across channels.
- • Stay deeply engaged with mobile gaming trends, player preferences, and top-performing titles to inform strategic decision-making.
- • Continuously refine growth methodologies through testing, learning, and scaling of winning tactics across the portfolio.
