- • As a Growth Manager at Aster, you will be responsible for driving user acquisition and trading volume growth for a next-generation decentralized perpetual exchange, directly contributing to the platform’s mission of delivering a seamless, powerful, and truly decentralized on-chain derivatives trading experience. Your work will focus on scaling user engagement through strategic growth initiatives, referral and affiliate program expansion, and data-driven experimentation, all within a fast-moving crypto environment where innovation and execution speed are paramount.
- • You will design, execute, and optimize growth strategies aimed at increasing user sign-ups, active traders, and trading volume across global markets, leveraging both organic and paid channels while collaborating closely with product, business development, and marketing teams to align growth efforts with product launches and market opportunities.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting A/B tests and multivariate experiments on landing pages, onboarding flows, and incentive structures to improve conversion rates; analyzing user behavior and funnel performance using on-chain and off-chain data to identify drop-off points and optimization opportunities; managing and scaling referral and affiliate programs by recruiting partners, designing reward structures, and tracking performance metrics; developing and maintaining growth dashboards to monitor key metrics such as CAC, LTV, activation rates, and trading volume trends; coordinating with the product team to implement growth-focused features like referral links, reward systems, and in-app notifications; and staying ahead of crypto market trends and competitor activities to inform adaptive growth tactics.
- • You will work within a lean, high-impact team at Aster, a decentralized exchange built by MidCountry Financial Corp., where autonomy, initiative, and a deep understanding of crypto-native user behavior are valued. The team operates with a flat structure, rapid iteration cycles, and a strong emphasis on measurable outcomes, giving you significant ownership over growth initiatives from ideation to execution and analysis.
- • In this role, you will develop advanced expertise in growth hacking within the DeFi space, mastering the intersection of behavioral economics, on-chain analytics, and incentive design. You will gain hands-on experience scaling a decentralized product in a global, permissionless environment, building a portfolio of measurable growth wins that demonstrate your ability to drive user and revenue growth in one of the most innovative sectors of fintech and blockchain technology.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in growth marketing, user acquisition, or product growth roles, preferably within fintech, crypto, or high-growth tech environments.
- • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Google Analytics, or similar) and the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
- • Experience managing referral, affiliate, or incentive-based programs, including partner recruitment, reward design, and performance tracking.
- • Familiarity with blockchain technology, decentralized exchanges (DEXs), and crypto trading mechanics is a strong plus.
- • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with product, marketing, and BD teams in a remote, fast-paced setting.
