• • As a Paid Social Manager in Darkroom’s talent pool, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the performance marketing strategies for high-growth U.S. brands by leading data-informed, creative-driven paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and CTV platforms. This role is critical to Darkroom’s mission of delivering outsized returns through its proprietary AI-powered Shadow commerce layer, where your expertise will directly contribute to measurable revenue growth, improved customer acquisition efficiency, and scalable campaign performance for clients operating in competitive e-commerce landscapes.
• • You will own the full lifecycle of paid social campaigns—from strategic planning and creative consultation to execution, optimization, and scaling—managing between 5–10 client accounts with monthly ad spends ranging from $80,000 to over $3M. Your day-to-day will involve deep collaboration with creative, brand, and analytics teams to translate brand value propositions into high-converting short-form video and direct-response ad creatives, while maintaining rigorous oversight of key performance indicators such as CPA, CAC, iROAS, nCAC, MER, aMER, CTR, TSR, and Hold Rate to ensure campaigns are not only effective but financially accountable and aligned with client business goals.
