- • As a Growth Manager specializing in Account-Based Marketing (ABM), you will be instrumental in driving business growth by designing, executing, and optimizing highly tailored campaigns. Your primary focus will be identifying high-value segments within our target market, leveraging data-driven insights to define precise audiences, understand their pain points, and craft resonant messaging. This role demands a strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities and a hands-on approach to execution. You will manage the entire ABM process, from initial data analysis and audience segmentation to content definition, setting up workflows in HubSpot, and ensuring every campaign delivers measurable business outcomes.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass a broad range of activities crucial for successful ABM. You will dive deep into large datasets to uncover patterns and pinpoint the most promising customer segments, considering their behaviors, needs, and potential value. These insights will be translated into actionable audience definitions, compelling messaging strategies, and value propositions that deeply resonate with specific customer groups. You will also be responsible for developing and meticulously monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to gauge the effectiveness of ABM efforts across the entire customer funnel, from initial engagement through to funding and sustained growth. Furthermore, you will lead the planning and execution of highly personalized ABM campaigns, strategically deploying them across multiple channels such as direct mail, email marketing, and LinkedIn advertising. A significant part of your role will involve building and managing robust A/B testing programs designed to continuously refine messaging, creative elements, targeting parameters, and channel mix for optimal campaign performance. Close collaboration with Sales teams will be essential to ensure message alignment and consistent, effective customer engagement. You will leverage HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms to build sophisticated workflows, implement automation, and establish tracking processes that enhance campaign execution and scalability.
- • In addition to campaign execution, you will establish clear tracking and reporting frameworks to meticulously measure campaign performance and pinpoint areas ripe for improvement. Conducting thorough post-campaign reviews will be vital for extracting key learnings and ensuring they are integrated into future campaign strategies. You will also be tasked with building insightful dashboards and generating regular reports to provide clear visibility on ABM results, highlighting both successes and areas requiring refinement. Collaboration is key; you will work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Data teams to align on priorities and ensure the seamless execution of ABM initiatives. Influencing stakeholders across the business will be necessary to gain buy-in for ABM strategies and to foster a culture of data-driven decision-making. You will champion a mindset of testing, iteration, and continuous improvement across all customer acquisition activities. Your reporting and communication duties will involve delivering clear, compelling presentations that articulate ABM insights, results, and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders. Crucially, you will translate campaign performance data into actionable strategies that inform future planning and investment decisions.
