📋 Description

• As a Growth Manager at Binance Holdings Limited in Australia, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the company’s presence in one of its key regional markets by driving sustainable user acquisition, activation, and retention strategies tailored to the Australian crypto landscape. This role is critical to Binance’s mission of building an inclusive financial ecosystem, as you will help onboard and educate users in a regulated environment while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and trust.
• You will own the full growth funnel — from initial awareness and first touchpoint to conversion into active, engaged traders — ensuring that every stage is optimized for efficiency, brand integrity, and regulatory alignment, making your impact both measurable and strategically vital to Binance’s long-term success in the region.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities will include designing and executing data-driven growth experiments across paid, owned, and earned channels; analyzing user behavior and funnel performance using analytics tools to identify drop-off points and optimization opportunities; collaborating with product, marketing, legal, and compliance teams to ensure all campaigns adhere to Australian financial promotions regulations and advertising standards; developing localized content and educational initiatives to build user trust and awareness of digital assets; managing agency and vendor relationships for creative, media buying, and attribution services; forecasting growth scenarios and allocating budget across channels based on ROI and LTV modeling; and reporting key performance indicators to senior leadership with actionable insights for iterative improvement.
• You will be part of Binance’s global Growth team, a high-impact, cross-functional unit that operates at the intersection of marketing, product, data, and compliance to scale user adoption in emerging and established markets alike. The team fosters a culture of experimentation, agility, and accountability, where data informs decisions and innovation is encouraged within a framework of responsibility — particularly important in the evolving crypto regulatory landscape.
• Binance Australia operates as a strategic hub for the company’s APAC expansion, benefiting from the organization’s global infrastructure, deep liquidity, and cutting-edge technology stack, while maintaining the agility to adapt to local market nuances. You’ll gain exposure to world-class blockchain products, including spot and derivatives trading, staking, savings, NFTs, and Web3 tools, all backed by industry-leading security and transparency measures.
• In this role, you will develop advanced expertise in growth marketing within highly regulated financial environments, mastering the balance between aggressive user acquisition and compliance-driven brand safety. You’ll sharpen your skills in funnel analytics, attribution modeling, A/B testing, and cross-channel campaign orchestration, while gaining deep insights into crypto user behavior, education needs, and trust-building in emerging asset classes. Success in this position could lead to broader regional or global growth leadership opportunities within Binance, as you build a track record of scalable, compliant growth in a complex and dynamic market.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field; equivalent practical experience in growth or performance marketing will be considered.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in growth marketing, user acquisition, or performance marketing roles, preferably in fintech, crypto, financial services, or other regulated industries.
• Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude), SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) to derive insights and optimize campaigns.
• Experience managing paid media campaigns across channels such as Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, or programmatic display, with a track record of improving CAC, LTV, and ROAS.
• Familiarity with Australian financial promotions regulations (ASIC RG 274), advertising standards (AANA), or willingness to rapidly learn and apply compliance frameworks in marketing execution.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across product, legal, compliance, and creative teams in a fast-paced, global environment.
