- • As an Associate Marketing Manager for Professional Education at DexCom, you will be the dedicated champion delivering Dexcom’s education across the EMEA/LATAM region, ensuring healthcare providers and users feel confident, informed, and empowered to use and recommend Dexcom CGM technology.
- • You will develop and deliver educational resources across all touchpoints, including digital learning platforms; ensure markets are equipped with scalable tools and templates; develop regional baseline materials aligned with the professional education strategy; collaborate with medical affairs to translate clinical evidence into accessible education solutions; work with customer experience teams to identify insights and unmet needs; provide marketing and education resources to support sales teams; and manage cross-functional projects to drive quality, consistency, and scalability of educational initiatives.
- • You will join a global leader in continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) that is pioneering a shift from diabetes management to broader consumer health technology, driven by thousands of passionate employees committed to improving human health through innovation and integrity.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in medical education, cross-functional collaboration, and global health technology marketing while contributing to the expansion of Dexcom’s professional education offerings and advancing your career in a mission-driven, innovative organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a relevant clinical background (MD, RD, RN, PharmD, NP, etc.)
- • Experience in medical or healthcare marketing, with diabetes or chronic disease management preferred
- • Proven ability to develop easy-to-understand educational materials by translating complex information into concise, engaging content for diverse user types
- • Fluency in English and willingness to travel across the EMEA/LATAM region (5-15% travel required)
- • Experience working collaboratively across cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
- • Experience with medical devices or pharma environments is an advantage
