Growth Manager (iGaming)

📋 Description

• • As a Growth Manager at Superduper Inc., you will play a pivotal role in scaling the company’s affiliate programme within the fast-evolving crypto iGaming space, directly contributing to customer acquisition and market expansion by building and nurturing high-value partner relationships that drive sustainable growth.
• • You will own the end-to-end strategy and execution of the affiliate programme, reporting to the Head of Partnerships, and act as a key driver in aligning partnership initiatives with broader business goals to increase player acquisition and lifetime value.
• • Day to day, you will grow Bluff’s partner and affiliate program by proactively recruiting, onboarding, and managing relationships with affiliates across diverse channels including affiliate networks, crypto communities, influencers, and niche forums.
• • You will identify and activate high-value traffic sources by analysing market trends, monitoring competitor activity, and tapping into emerging opportunities within the crypto gambling ecosystem to diversify and optimise acquisition channels.
• • You will monitor affiliate performance using data-driven insights, track key KPIs such as conversion rates, player quality, and ROI, and continuously optimise campaigns through A/B testing, incentive adjustments, and targeted outreach to improve acquisition efficiency.
• • You will collaborate closely with internal teams — including product, marketing, and compliance — to align bonus structures, landing page designs, and promotional materials with partner capabilities, ensuring cohesive messaging and maximising conversion funnels.
• • You will stay deeply engaged with crypto casino communities by participating in forums, monitoring social discourse, and building trust with influencers and thought leaders to surface early-stage traffic opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
• • You will report on programme performance regularly, providing actionable insights and forecasts to stakeholders, helping shape future investment decisions in partnership strategies and affiliate incentives.
• • You will help refine and scale the affiliate onboarding process, creating scalable frameworks, documentation, and communication workflows that ensure consistency and partner satisfaction as the programme grows.
