- • The Growth Manager – South East Asia will drive LemFi’s expansion across Asian communities in the United States by acting as a brand ambassador and key point of contact at Filipino community events, with significant travel required to establish on-the-ground presence and build relationships.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include traveling across the U.S. to attend events and expos, developing and executing user acquisition strategies tailored to Southeast Asian expat communities, leading community engagement initiatives, identifying and managing partnerships, conducting market research, and serving as the internal voice of the user to inform product and marketing decisions.
- • LemFi is a Series B fintech company building a financial ecosystem for the Global South, serving millions of users globally and processing over $1B in monthly transactions across 30+ countries, with a mission to help immigrants stay connected to home, build stability, and create wealth regardless of location.
- • In this role, the individual will own growth outcomes for assigned markets, operate as an entrepreneurial self-starter in a fast-paced environment, work closely with cross-functional teams, and gain deep expertise in community-driven growth, partnership development, and market expansion within the U.S. Southeast Asian diaspora.
🎯 Requirements
- • At least 5 years of experience in fast-paced environments with a background in growth, sales, or marketing
- • Proven ability to work against targets and deliver measurable results
- • Strong analytical skills to interpret data, track performance, and adjust strategies
- • Deep understanding of the Asian community in the United States
- • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build trust with diverse stakeholders
- • Self-motivated, proactive, and effective in a remote working environment
