• • Own the full growth funnel for Nigerian diaspora communities in the United States—from first touch to loyal advocate—while hitting aggressive monthly acquisition and activation targets.
• • Design and run hyper-local user acquisition campaigns that blend digital (paid social, influencer, referral loops) with offline tactics (church events, cultural festivals, campus activations, taxi-top ads) to reach Nigerians where they already gather.
• • Build and nurture a grassroots ambassador network of pastors, student-union presidents, Uber drivers, and small-business owners who will organically spread the LemFi story and drive high-intent sign-ups.
• • Negotiate win-win partnerships with Nigerian grocery chains, money-transfer stores, HBCUs, fintech clubs, and professional associations; structure co-branded offers that reduce CAC and lift LTV.
• • Translate community feedback into clear product insights for Lagos-based Product squads—flagging pain points like weekend settlement delays, preferred USSD flows, or ID-document edge cases—then track adoption of shipped fixes.
• • Own weekly growth dashboards that surface funnel drop-offs, cohort retention, and channel ROI; iterate campaigns in real time using Mixpanel, Branch, and Looker to keep CPA below target.
• • Plan and execute quarterly “LemFi Homecoming” pop-ups in Houston, Atlanta, and DMV that combine food, music, and live remittance demos to create viral moments and earned media.
• • Serve as the public face of LemFi on Nigerian radio segments, WhatsApp forums, Clubhouse rooms, and TikTok Live, ensuring every message is culturally resonant and compliant with marketing regulations.
• • Train and manage a part-time field team of 5–10 community reps; set KPIs, run role-play sessions, and distribute swag kits to amplify on-the-ground presence.
• • Collaborate with Compliance and Risk to ensure all campaigns meet U.S. and Nigerian KYC/AML guidelines, keeping fraud rates below 0.2%.
• • Travel up to 30% to high-density diaspora hubs (Minneapolis, Columbus, Dallas) for weekend activations, pop-up booths, and partnership signings—then debrief findings on Monday morning stand-ups.
• • Champion LemFi’s mission internally, presenting user stories in All-Hands to keep engineering, support, and leadership laser-focused on immigrant pain points.
• • Experiment with emerging channels—think Nigerian church podcasts, Nollywood micro-influencers, or diaspora Discord servers—documenting playbooks that can be scaled to Ghanaian, Kenyan, and Ethiopian markets next year.
• • Maintain a pulse on competitive moves (Wise, Sendwave, Western Union) and regulatory shifts (CBN remittance rules, U.S. state-by-state licensing) to pre-empt threats and seize white-space opportunities.
• • Celebrate wins loudly: when a campaign smashes targets, share the recipe—creative assets, copy hooks, audience segments—so the global Growth guild can replicate success from London to São Paulo.
