- • In this hands-on, execution-heavy role, you will be the architect and implementer of our user acquisition strategy. Your primary objective will be to significantly expand our user base, focusing on driving a high volume of quality users into the WeSponsored app. You will have the autonomy to explore, test, and scale a diverse range of acquisition channels, moving beyond our current organic and email efforts to unlock new avenues for growth. This requires a proactive, experimental mindset and the ability to move quickly without extensive oversight.
- • Your responsibilities will span the entire growth funnel. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive channel strategy, rigorously testing and scaling both paid and organic acquisition channels. This includes, but is not limited to, paid social media campaigns (Meta, TikTok, etc.), strategic influencer partnerships, content marketing initiatives, App Store Optimization (ASO) for enhanced organic discovery, SEO efforts, developing compelling referral programs, fostering community growth, and executing targeted email outreach campaigns.
- • Beyond channel management, you will be the driving force behind our creative and messaging strategy. This involves developing compelling ad creative, designing high-converting landing pages, and crafting messaging that deeply resonates with our target audience of influencers and creators. Understanding their motivations, pain points, and aspirations will be key to capturing their attention and driving engagement.
- • Campaign management will be a core part of your role. You will be responsible for the end-to-end execution, monitoring, and optimization of campaigns across all chosen channels. A relentless focus on Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) efficiency and achieving volume targets will guide your optimization efforts. You will live in the data, constantly analyzing performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure maximum return on investment.
- • A critical aspect of this role is the design and launch of innovative referral programs and viral loops. You will explore and implement mechanisms that empower our existing users to become advocates, transforming them into a powerful acquisition channel and fostering organic, word-of-mouth growth.
- • App Store Optimization (ASO) will be a key focus to maximize our organic discovery and conversion rates within app stores. You will analyze keywords, optimize app listings, and implement strategies to improve visibility and drive organic downloads.
- • Robust analytics and reporting are essential. You will track channel performance meticulously, build and refine attribution models to understand the true impact of each initiative, and provide clear, concise reports on key acquisition metrics such as CAC, install-to-signup rates, and channel mix. Your data-driven insights will inform strategic decisions and future growth initiatives.
- • Collaboration is key to success. You will work closely with our product and engineering teams to ensure a seamless user experience from acquisition through to activation. You will also be responsible for flagging any funnel issues that require product-level solutions, ensuring that the users we acquire are not only retained but also become engaged members of the WeSponsored community.
