Growth Marketer

📋 Description

• • As a Growth Marketer at Crogl Inc., you will own the demand generation function and build it from the ground up to generate real pipeline, move deals, and establish category awareness in a competitive cybersecurity market.
• • Your day-to-day will involve executing end-to-end demand generation strategies across paid, organic, email, and partner channels; building and managing integrated campaigns; developing nurture programs; collaborating with BDRs; owning the marketing tech stack (HubSpot, CRM); building dashboards for MQLs, SALs, pipeline, and cost per opportunity; running A/B tests; managing paid media on LinkedIn, Google, and sponsorships; writing copy for landing pages, emails, and ads; coordinating with product marketing; supporting partner co-marketing; and stepping in wherever needed as a utility player on a lean, high-impact team.
• • You will work closely with the CEO, Director of Product Marketing, and BDR team, with your performance measured by pipeline contribution and how effectively Crogl resonates with security practitioners who value authentic, no-fluff messaging.
• • In this role, you will have the autonomy to build marketing playbooks from scratch, sharpen your skills in full-funnel campaign strategy, data-driven optimization, and cross-functional collaboration, while gaining deep experience in B2B enterprise and federal marketing within a high-growth Series A cybersecurity startup.
