- • Your core mission will be to design, implement, and optimize campaigns that not only attract new users but also ensure their sustained engagement and loyalty. This involves a deep dive into understanding customer lifecycles, from initial awareness through to becoming a loyal advocate. You will be responsible for the entire AARRR (Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Referral, Revenue) funnel, meticulously crafting initiatives to move users seamlessly through each stage.
- • A significant portion of your role will involve developing and executing comprehensive growth strategies that are tightly aligned with overarching business objectives. This requires a proactive approach to market analysis, audience segmentation, and competitive intelligence gathering. You will be expected to identify untapped growth levers and translate these insights into actionable plans that deliver measurable results.
- • You will own the planning and management of multi-channel marketing campaigns, leveraging your expertise across Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), paid social media advertising, email marketing, and content marketing. Success in this role hinges on your ability to set clear campaign goals, manage budgets effectively, and establish robust performance benchmarks. Continuous monitoring and optimization will be key to maximizing return on investment (ROI).
- • Content creation and distribution will be a critical component of your responsibilities. You will be tasked with developing high-quality, engaging content for various platforms including blogs, landing pages, email newsletters, and social media channels. Crafting compelling value propositions and conversion-focused messaging that resonates with target audiences will be paramount. Ensuring all content aligns with the brand's voice and contributes to the broader growth strategy is essential. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to execute integrated content campaigns and distribute them strategically across owned, earned, and paid media.
- • A substantial focus will be placed on channel optimization and relentless experimentation. You will be designing and executing A/B tests across various elements, including advertisements, landing pages, and conversion funnels, to identify what drives the best performance. Managing and optimizing paid advertising channels such as Google Ads and Meta Ads will be a core duty. Furthermore, you will be encouraged to explore and test new acquisition channels, innovative tactics, and growth loops that can unlock new avenues for expansion.
- • Email marketing will be a key channel for nurturing leads and engaging existing customers, requiring optimization for both engagement and conversion rates. Your SEO strategy will encompass keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO best practices to improve organic visibility. You will also experiment with emerging growth models, including community building, referral programs, and affiliate marketing, to diversify acquisition sources.
- • Data analysis and performance optimization are at the heart of this role. You will be responsible for tracking campaign performance using a suite of analytics and marketing automation tools, closely monitoring key metrics such as website traffic, conversion rates, Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), and overall ROI. Implementing and maintaining robust tracking infrastructure, including UTM parameters, conversion pixels, and performance dashboards, is crucial for accurate measurement.
- • Translating complex data into clear, actionable insights and optimization recommendations will be a key deliverable. You will identify top-performing channels and initiatives, and then develop strategies to scale what works. Regular reporting, both weekly and monthly, on campaign performance and the direct business impact of your efforts will be expected, providing transparency and demonstrating value to stakeholders.
- • Cross-functional collaboration is vital for success. You will partner closely with Product, Sales, Design, and Engineering teams to ensure growth initiatives are integrated seamlessly with the product roadmap and overall business priorities. This includes coordinating the creation of high-converting creative assets and working with sales teams to refine lead quality and handoff processes. Presenting performance insights, strategic recommendations, and learnings to stakeholders across the organization will be a regular part of your role, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and shared knowledge.
