• • Day to day, the person will execute and optimize growth marketing initiatives across outbound, paid media, SEO, website tracking, and partner-driven lead generation; set up, launch, and monitor outbound email campaigns using tools like Clay or Apollo; support paid media execution across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Meta Ads; contribute to SEO through keyword research and on-page optimizations; track performance using GA4; prepare recurring growth reports with insights and recommendations; coordinate lead-generation efforts with external agencies; collaborate with internal teams to align initiatives with business goals; and continuously identify opportunities to improve campaign efficiency and lead quality.
