• • This role is embedded within a lean, high-impact team responsible for the entirety of our growth stack. This encompasses performance marketing, creative strategy, advanced analytics, and all related functions. You will be the central point of contact for a selection of our key acquisition channels, taking ownership of daily campaign management, rigorous creative testing protocols, and ongoing optimization efforts across prominent platforms such as Meta and AppLovin.
• • This is a hands-on media buying position where you will manage significant budgets, exercise a high degree of autonomy, and directly witness the tangible impact of your contributions on our user acquisition metrics. Your work will be instrumental in driving the growth of our flagship applications.
• • The position is fully remote, open to candidates located anywhere within North or South America, offering unparalleled flexibility and work-life integration.
• • Your responsibilities will include the meticulous building, continuous optimization, and diligent maintenance of app performance marketing campaigns across Paid Social and Demand-Side Platform (DSP) channels. You will be tasked with driving efficient, scalable new user acquisition for one of our core applications, ensuring we meet and exceed our growth targets.
• • A key aspect of your role will involve presenting comprehensive weekly performance analyses, highlighting key trends, and articulating actionable campaign optimization recommendations to stakeholders. This requires a strong analytical mindset and the ability to translate data into strategic insights.
• • You will spearhead continuous creative testing initiatives, employing a data-driven approach to iteratively enhance campaign performance. This includes conceptualizing, developing, and testing new ad creatives to identify what resonates most effectively with our target audiences.
• • Furthermore, you will take the lead in researching and integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to enhance our Growth marketing stack. This involves exploring innovative AI solutions for campaign automation, creative generation, and performance analysis, positioning The Mind Company at the cutting edge of marketing technology.
• • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date project trackers for all media buying activities and creative testing experiments will be essential for ensuring operational efficiency and clear communication within the team.
