- • Manage all digital channels for a major retail company, including e-commerce, social media, and online customer service platforms.
- • Design and implement growth strategies focused on increasing sales, conversion rates, and profitability across digital touchpoints.
- • Administer and optimize e-commerce stores built on Shopify, ensuring seamless user experience and operational efficiency.
- • Execute and manage performance marketing campaigns across paid media channels including Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Pinterest.
- • Oversee commercial customer service operations via WhatsApp and other digital communication platforms.
- • Develop and deploy cart abandonment recovery strategies to improve conversion rates and recover lost revenue.
- • Analyze digital metrics and KPIs to identify growth opportunities, optimize campaigns, and inform data-driven decisions.
- • Create, coordinate, and execute engaging content for social media and digital platforms to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
- • Collaborate with commercial and marketing teams to align objectives, unify messaging, and ensure cohesive strategy execution.
- • Identify and evaluate new digital business opportunities across multiple branded channels in the retail sector.
- • Utilize automation tools, AI-driven platforms, and process optimization techniques to enhance marketing efficiency and scalability.
- • Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools, translating insights into actionable growth initiatives.
- • Work autonomously to execute end-to-end digital marketing projects from concept to delivery without constant oversight.
- • Maintain exclusive dedication to the role with a structured Monday to Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
- • Report directly to the Commercial and Marketing departments, contributing to strategic decision-making for regional brand growth.
- • Operate in a fully remote capacity with compensation provided in USD.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Ecommerce roles
- • Hands-on experience managing Shopify e-commerce stores
- • Expertise in performance marketing and customer acquisition strategies across social media
- • Exclusive experience with Paid Media platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Pinterest
- • Demonstrated experience in content creation and social media management
- • Familiarity with automation tools, AI technologies, and process optimization systems
- • Experience analyzing digital metrics and making data-backed decisions; reporting experience is valued
- • Ability to work independently and execute projects from start to finish
