  • • The Growth Marketing Director will lead the development and execution of the agency’s internal client acquisition strategy, building scalable systems that generate qualified leads and expand the marketing pipeline. This role is critical to driving sustainable growth for Scale Army’s U.S.-based clients by combining outbound prospecting, paid media, partnerships, funnel optimization, and marketing automation in a fully remote, fast-paced agency environment aligned with U.S. business hours (9 AM–5 PM EST).
  • • What the person will do day to day:
  • • Develop and manage outbound prospecting strategies across LinkedIn and email to generate new business opportunities, continuously testing and refining outreach to improve response and conversion rates.
  • • Identify, engage, and nurture strategic partnerships with complementary businesses to create referral and co-marketing channels that support consistent lead generation and monitor performance for optimization.
  • • Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads to drive inbound leads, analyzing performance to improve cost per acquisition and lead quality.
  • • Optimize marketing funnels by improving landing pages, messaging, and lead capture strategies, running A/B tests, and implementing data-driven improvements to increase conversion from visitor to lead and lead to client.
  • • Implement and manage marketing automation workflows using CRM and marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to nurture leads, track pipeline performance, and ensure accurate reporting on key metrics.
  • • Collaborate with leadership to align growth initiatives with business goals, maintain visibility into marketing performance, and scale systems that support the agency’s expansion.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 4+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing, with proven success in driving lead generation and client acquisition across multiple channels.
  • • Experience in B2B marketing or within marketing agencies is strongly preferred, along with hands-on experience building and managing outbound prospecting systems.
  • • Strong understanding of demand generation strategies, paid media campaign execution (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads), funnel optimization, and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strategic mindset, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive, results-oriented approach suited to fast-paced environments.
