- • Build and own the end-to-end inbound marketing funnel for Mirakl Connect’s SMB segment across EMEA, focusing on digital channels from traffic acquisition to lead conversion.
- • Lead and develop a team of three digital marketing professionals, driving their performance and professional growth.
- • Design and execute AI-powered demand generation workflows in partnership with the AI Strategist and Mirakl Connect SMB sales team to automate processes and increase funnel velocity.
- • Own organic visibility and full-funnel performance reporting, supporting GEO and SEO initiatives across EMEA markets and delivering actionable insights through metrics like CPL, acquisition cost, and pipeline contribution.
- • Manage and optimize paid digital campaigns across SEM, SEO, paid social (Meta, LinkedIn), display advertising, and email automation at scale.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with the global Mirakl Connect Marketing lead, content team, sales, and Revenue Operations to ensure alignment on traffic-driving assets and clean lead processing.
- • Maintain structured feedback loops with Channel Manager and Revenue Operations teams to improve lead quality and conversion efficiency.
- • Manage vendor and agency relationships in EMEA to support campaign execution and performance optimization.
- • Translate complex data into clear, data-driven decisions to continuously improve campaign performance and marketing ROI.
- • Leverage AI automation tools to accelerate campaign ideation, audience targeting, copywriting, and performance optimization across digital channels.
- • Ensure seamless alignment of marketing initiatives with Mirakl’s core values: Work Hard Together, Get Things Done, Go Above & Beyond, Succeed Through Expertise, and Satisfy & Empower Clients.
- • Deliver consistent, measurable growth in pipeline generation and conversion rates for Mirakl Connect’s SMB segment across EMEA markets.
- • Maintain fluency in English (C2 level) and leverage French or German language skills to enhance regional campaign effectiveness where applicable.
- • Utilize key tools including HubSpot, Salesforce, 6sense, Google Analytics, LinkedIn, Google, and Meta platforms to manage and analyze marketing performance.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years in growth marketing, performance marketing, or demand generation within a B2B mid-market SaaS environment
- • Proven experience managing SEO/SEM/GEO, paid social (Meta, LinkedIn), display, and/or email automation campaigns at scale
- • Previous experience managing or mentoring a small team of digital marketing professionals
- • Hands-on command of inbound funnel mechanics, paid and organic channels, and conversion optimization
- • Comfortable leveraging AI automation tools for campaign ideation, targeting, copywriting, and performance optimization
- • Fluent English (C2 level); French or German is a strong plus
