  • • As the Growth Marketing Lead at Atticus, Inc., you will be instrumental in driving customer acquisition and scaling our reach to individuals in crisis who desperately need legal and governmental assistance. This role is pivotal in our mission to dismantle the barriers that prevent Americans from accessing vital support systems. You will own a significant portfolio of core acquisition channels, including Search Engine Marketing (SEM), affiliate marketing, and emerging digital platforms, ensuring their strategic development and optimal performance.
  • • Your responsibilities will extend to collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including Creative, Product, and Data, to enhance our client acquisition strategies, refine the user journey, and bolster our data infrastructure. This collaborative approach is key to tailoring the client experience and ensuring our marketing efforts resonate with empathy and effectiveness.
  • • In a typical week, you will be deeply involved in the end-to-end management of your assigned channels. This includes formulating comprehensive channel strategies, meticulously setting up and launching campaigns, and developing data-driven optimization recommendations to maximize impact and efficiency.
  • • A critical aspect of your role will be the rigorous evaluation of channel performance. You will be responsible for weekly reporting and in-depth analysis, providing clear insights into campaign effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement, and highlighting successes.
  • • You will also own the monthly planning cycle, focusing on budget optimization with a keen eye on Return on Ad Spend (ROAS). This involves strategic allocation of resources to ensure maximum return on investment and sustainable growth.
  • • Defining and launching strategic tests based on a well-defined roadmap will be a core activity. This requires a proactive and experimental mindset, constantly seeking innovative ways to improve campaign performance and uncover new growth opportunities.
  • • You will rigorously manage media buyer agencies and external contractors, providing clear guidance on weekly priorities, proactively identifying and navigating potential roadblocks, and ensuring alignment with Atticus' growth objectives.
  • • Working hand-in-hand with Product, Engineering, and Design teams is essential. You will influence product experiences, particularly the design of landing pages across our paid channels, ensuring they are optimized for conversion and cater to the unique needs of our audience.
  • • Conducting thorough market research for your channels is paramount. This includes in-depth keyword research, comprehensive competitive analysis, and sophisticated audience targeting to identify untapped growth opportunities, mitigate potential risks, and drive continuous innovation through performance testing.
