- • The role begins with owning and optimizing Jerry.ai’s Google portfolio — including Search, Demand Gen, UAC, and YouTube — to improve cost-effectiveness and ROAS, then evolves into strategic leadership as successful channels are scaled, offering a clear path from hands-on execution to team building and full-funnel roadmap ownership.
- • Jerry.ai is a profitable, pre-IPO startup backed by $240M in funding, achieving 60X revenue growth in five years, with a mission to disrupt car ownership through AI-powered automation and personalization, serving over 5 million customers and rated #1 in its category with a 4.7-star App Store rating.
- • The Growth team operates at the intersection of product and marketing, working closely with leaders from elite firms like McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Nvidia, Amazon, and Better, in a talent-dense environment that accelerates career growth through ownership, experimentation, and strategic impact.
- • In Phase 1 (12–30 months), you will lead end-to-end channel performance — strategy, execution, analysis, and optimization — using data-driven experimentation to improve CAC, LTV, and ROAS, while managing budgets and collaborating with data, product, and agency partners to rapidly iterate and scale what works.
- • In Phase 2, you will transition into a leadership role, designing the full-funnel marketing roadmap for exponential growth, leading new channel innovation (e.g., TikTok, Meta, emerging platforms), and hiring and mentoring junior marketers to build a high-performing growth team.
- • You will develop deep expertise in paid growth ecosystems, mastering incrementality testing, bidding strategies, creative testing, and full-funnel attribution, while honing your ability to translate complex data into compelling narratives for executive stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in digital performance marketing, including 2+ years of hands-on ownership of paid search and Google channels (campaign setup, experimentation, bidding, creative testing, and measurement)
- • 2+ years of strategic consulting background (ideally MBB or equivalent), with demonstrated ability to structure complex problems, prioritize initiatives, and communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
- • Strong quantitative analytical skills working with full-funnel metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, incrementality) and proven ability to design, execute, and scale end-to-end experiments from hypothesis to insight
