  • • As Growth Marketing Lead at Jerry.ai, you will drive high-impact customer acquisition by identifying, launching, and scaling innovative marketing channels—from insurance affiliates and direct mail to emerging platforms like AppLovin and Reddit—directly contributing to the company’s mission of achieving high double-digit growth and scaling toward a $10B valuation.
  • • You will own end-to-end channel expansion, including research, prioritization, launch, iteration, and performance analysis across paid and partnership-based channels, while pioneering the use of AI agents to transform marketing operations through automation, accelerated testing, and strategic workflow innovation.
  • • Working closely with the VP of Growth, executive team, and CEO, you will shape the innovative channel roadmap, influence company strategy, and collaborate with product, data, and creative teams to build infrastructure and assets that enable scalable, data-driven growth.
  • • You will apply strong marketing fundamentals—audience targeting, bidding strategies, creative development, and landing page optimization—across novel channel contexts, design and execute rigorous experiments, and translate full-funnel metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, incrementality) into clear strategic recommendations that guide resource allocation.
  • • Joining a profitable, pre-IPO startup backed by $240M in funding with 60X revenue growth in five years, you will be immersed in a talent-dense environment of former McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Nvidia, Better, and Amazon professionals, accelerating your career growth while disrupting a $2T market.
  • • In this role, you will develop expertise in AI-powered marketing innovation, channel strategy at scale, and cross-functional leadership, positioning yourself at the forefront of modern growth marketing in a high-visibility, high-autonomy role with real influence over Jerry’s expansion trajectory.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 4+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing with meaningful exposure across multiple channels such as paid social, affiliates, direct mail, or emerging platforms
  • • Consulting background (ideally MBB or equivalent) preferred, with demonstrated ability to structure complex problems, prioritize ruthlessly, and communicate clearly to senior stakeholders
  • • Strong quantitative analytical ability working with full-funnel metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, incrementality) and a knack for storytelling through data
  • • Strong foundational understanding of core marketing levers—bidding, targeting, creative, and landing page optimization—and the ability to apply them across diverse and unfamiliar contexts
  • • Genuine creative acumen and experience partnering effectively with designers and copywriters to bring compelling creative to life
  • • Excitement about—and ideally experience with—applying AI tools and agents to accelerate marketing work as a strategic capability, not just a productivity hack
