• • As the Growth Marketing Lead for Paid Channels at Found Inc., you will own the strategy and execution of the company's paid acquisition engine, ensuring every marketing dollar drives high-intent, self-employed customers who activate, engage, and grow with the platform.
• • Day to day, you will manage strategy, execution, and optimization across paid channels including Google/Bing Search, Meta, Reddit, TikTok, CTV/Streaming, Display, and Affiliate; allocate budget to hit CPA, CAC, and activation targets; build and iterate campaigns with a bias toward testing creative, audience, bidding, landing page, and offer; partner with creative on asset briefs and performance-guided iterations; lead audience strategy including prospecting, lookalike, retargeting, and suppression; own paid channel reporting and anomaly detection; collaborate with data on incrementality measurement and tracking infrastructure; develop test-and-learn roadmaps; and partner with product marketing, organic growth, and brand teams to align messaging, landing pages, offers, and campaign planning for launches and seasonal pushes.
