- • Own the end-to-end acquisition strategy for Loio, an AI-powered legal document platform targeting B2B and B2C users in the US market.
- • Build and optimize full-funnel acquisition systems from scratch, focusing on conversion to subscription and revenue generation, not just traffic or engagement metrics.
- • Develop a hypothesis-driven roadmap for continuous experimentation across marketing channels to identify scalable growth levers.
- • Establish frameworks to scale high-performing channels and eliminate underperforming ones based on data-backed decisions.
- • Manage and coordinate performance of freelancers across paid channels including PPC and SMM, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- • Hire, onboard, and lead the first in-house User Acquisition Manager as your direct report, shaping the future structure of the growth team.
- • Coordinate cross-functionally with content, SEO, product, and engineering teams to execute marketing experiments and integrate feedback loops.
- • Work directly with founders to define marketing budget allocations, strategic priorities, and long-term roadmap decisions.
- • Build comprehensive, channel-agnostic reporting dashboards that track user journey from acquisition to conversion across all traffic sources.
- • Use analytics tools (GA, BigQuery, Mixpanel, Amplitude) to surface actionable insights, drive real-time budget adjustments, and optimize creative and audience targeting.
- • Translate marketing performance into business outcomes — prioritize ROMI, customer acquisition cost, and profit over vanity metrics.
- • Own the evolution of Loio’s acquisition function from fragmented efforts into a cohesive, scalable, revenue-focused system.
- • Serve as the first Growth Marketing Lead in the company with a clear path to Chief Marketing Officer role.
- • Operate in a startup environment with fast decision-making, minimal bureaucracy, and direct impact on product and business direction.
- • Leverage existing content and SEO teams, along with dedicated engineering resources for marketing projects, to accelerate growth initiatives.
- • Focus on scaling sustainable, repeatable acquisition channels that align with Loio’s vision of becoming the software for organizing deals — from idea to payment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience in the B2B SaaS industry
- • Hands-on experience with one or more acquisition channels (preferably PPC and SMM)
- • Strong management skills, including stakeholder, team, and project management
- • Expertise in building funnels and conducting hypothesis testing
- • Advanced command of analytics tools (GA, BigQuery, Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.)
- • Fluent in English
