• • As Twilio’s Growth Marketing Manager, you will drive revenue growth through data-led and AI-driven onboarding and activation campaigns, directly impacting customer expansion and brand reinforcement.
• • Day to day, you will lead and optimize onboarding and activation programs, design and execute AI-driven omnichannel campaigns across email, in-app, SMS, and Twilio Console, collaborate with Marketing, Ops, and Analytics teams, analyze customer responses and sentiment, run experiments to refine strategies, and continuously evaluate performance to maximize expansion outcomes.
