- • As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will report directly to the Director of Growth Marketing and will be instrumental in driving client acquisition across Atticus's core marketing channels, with a primary focus on Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Paid Social. This role is a unique blend of managing and optimizing established, scaled acquisition channels while simultaneously spearheading the exploration and development of new growth avenues.
- • Your responsibilities will be broad and impactful, encompassing the full lifecycle of channel management. You will fully own your portfolio of established channels, from developing overarching channel strategies and meticulously standing up new campaigns to providing data-driven optimization recommendations that enhance performance and efficiency.
- • A critical aspect of your role will involve rigorous evaluation of channel performance. You will be the primary owner of weekly reporting and in-depth analysis, translating raw data into actionable insights that inform strategic decisions and guide future marketing efforts.
- • You will manage monthly planning cycles and optimize budgets with a keen eye on Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), ensuring that marketing investments are delivering maximum value and contributing directly to business objectives.
- • Identifying and testing new growth opportunities will be a key focus. You will define innovative channel testing strategies, drawing upon your extensive experience, thorough market research, and insights gained from informational interviews. You will then lead the execution of these tests, analyze their outcomes, and scale successful initiatives.
- • Effective management of external resources is essential. You will rigorously manage media buyer agencies and contractors, providing clear direction on weekly priorities, proactively identifying and navigating potential roadblocks to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- • Collaboration is at the heart of this role. You will lead cross-functional projects, working closely with Creative, Product, Engineering, and Design teams. This collaboration will focus on developing and refining product experiences and marketing assets, such as designing high-converting landing pages tailored for paid channels, ensuring a cohesive and effective client journey.
- • To drive data-informed innovation, you will conduct comprehensive market research for your assigned channels. This includes in-depth keyword research, competitive analysis, and sophisticated audience targeting to uncover new growth opportunities, proactively mitigate potential risks, and foster a culture of continuous performance testing and improvement.
