- • Develop and execute data-driven growth strategies to drive user acquisition, activation, and retention across Injective’s DeFi products.
- • Analyze user behavior, conversion funnels, and campaign performance to identify opportunities for scalable growth.
- • Own and track key growth metrics including user acquisition, engagement, activation, and retention rates.
- • Design, run, and optimize growth experiments across multiple marketing channels to maximize ROI and user conversion.
- • Partner with Product and Business Development teams to improve onboarding flows and increase product adoption.
- • Identify, test, and scale new acquisition channels to expand Injective’s reach beyond the crypto-native audience.
- • Utilize marketing analytics tools and campaign reporting platforms to measure performance and inform strategic decisions.
- • Translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations to guide marketing and product initiatives.
- • Maintain a deep understanding of current trends, developments, and key players in the blockchain and DeFi ecosystem.
- • Communicate growth insights and campaign results clearly to cross-functional teams through written and oral presentations.
- • Stay fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills to represent Injective in global markets.
- • Demonstrate a proven, genuine passion for DeFi and the Injective mission, and articulate this enthusiasm in external and internal communications.
- • Maintain awareness of regulatory environments in fintech, crypto, and trading industries while executing growth initiatives.
- • Collaborate with a global, remote-first team to align growth strategies with company-wide objectives.
- • Contribute to a culture of experimentation, continuous learning, and data-informed decision-making.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in a growth or performance marketing role with a proven track record of driving measurable user growth
- • Experience scaling user growth for a consumer-facing product in fintech, trading, crypto, or another regulated industry
- • Experience analyzing marketing performance and user engagement metrics using analytics tools
- • Familiarity with growth marketing frameworks and experimentation methodologies
- • Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
- • Demonstrated passion for and knowledge of the crypto and DeFi space, including awareness of key blockchain companies and industry trends
