  • • Stellic, Inc. is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Growth Marketing Manager to spearhead the development and scaling of a robust pipeline engine. This pivotal role is designed for an individual who thrives in an experimental environment, taking full ownership of demand generation strategy from conception to execution. You will be instrumental in launching integrated growth campaigns, rigorously testing various channels, and meticulously optimizing the entire marketing funnel to drive qualified pipeline and ultimately, revenue. This position requires a close and collaborative partnership with the Sales team to ensure seamless alignment and maximum impact.

  • • The ideal candidate for this role is a marketer with a keen focus on revenue, who understands that true success lies beyond mere lead generation, extending to tangible pipeline growth and measurable business impact. You possess a genuine enthusiasm for building and executing campaigns that deliver demonstrable results, and you are not deterred by the prospect of experimentation, embracing new ideas, and iterating rapidly to achieve optimal outcomes. You excel at balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution, taking complete ownership of your work from the initial ideation phase through to the final result. Collaboration is key, and you will work closely with Sales and other internal teams, driven by a passion for problem-solving, performance enhancement, and contributing directly to the company's growth.
  • • As our Growth Marketing Manager, you will be entrusted with significant responsibilities, including but not limited to:
  • • **Growth Experimentation:** Proactively design and execute tests across various elements such as messaging, marketing channels, landing page designs, and promotional offers. The goal is continuous performance improvement across the entire marketing funnel.
  • • **Account-Based Marketing (ABM):** Strategize and develop highly targeted campaigns tailored for high-priority accounts and specific market segments. This involves close collaboration with the Sales team to craft personalized outreach strategies and engagement tactics.
  • • **Pipeline Generation:** Directly contribute to marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline growth by effectively scaling inbound acquisition efforts. This will be achieved through strategic utilization of paid channels, impactful content distribution, and the implementation of conversion-focused marketing programs.
  • • **Sales Partnership:** Foster a strong, synergistic relationship with the Sales team. This includes aligning on campaign strategies, defining target segments, and refining follow-up processes to ensure high conversion rates for generated pipeline.
  • • **Integrated Campaign Strategy:** Collaborate effectively with other members of the Marketing team to execute comprehensive, multi-channel campaigns. These campaigns will span across paid media, content marketing, webinars, events, email marketing, and strategic partnerships, all aimed at generating qualified pipeline.
  • • **Performance & Insights:** Diligently track campaign performance, with a direct link to pipeline and revenue generation. Analyze key funnel metrics, derive actionable insights, and provide strategic recommendations to guide future marketing initiatives and optimize resource allocation.
  • • To excel in this role, you should possess a proven track record in growth marketing, demand generation, or pipeline-focused marketing roles, ideally with 4+ years of experience. A Bachelor’s degree is required. You must demonstrate experience in planning and executing sophisticated multi-channel marketing campaigns. A strong, practical understanding of pipeline metrics, conversion funnels, and marketing performance data is essential. The ability to forge strong partnerships with Sales and ensure marketing efforts are tightly aligned with overarching revenue goals is critical. A proactive testing mindset, coupled with hands-on experience in running experiments and optimizing campaigns, is a must. Excellent communication and project management skills are necessary to navigate and succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Finally, a willingness to undertake occasional domestic and international travel is expected.
