This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in translating marketing strategy into tangible, revenue-generating outcomes. You will be instrumental in shaping and executing marketing programs that directly contribute to our business objectives, ensuring consistent and high-quality output across all our marketing initiatives.
• • In this execution-focused yet highly collaborative role, you will work hand-in-hand with the Director of Marketing to transform strategic priorities into actionable campaigns. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that Welocalize's marketing efforts are clearly and consistently represented in the market, building brand awareness and driving lead generation. You will be a key player in developing and implementing systems and processes that enable our marketing function to scale effectively as the business expands.
• • Your day-to-day will involve managing and optimizing various marketing channels to achieve specific growth targets. This includes planning, executing, and analyzing the performance of demand generation campaigns, digital advertising efforts, email marketing sequences, and potentially content marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying areas for improvement, and implementing data-driven strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness and maximize return on investment (ROI).
• • A significant aspect of this role involves ensuring a cohesive and integrated marketing message across all touchpoints. You will collaborate with internal teams, including sales and product, to ensure alignment with overall business goals and to equip them with the necessary marketing collateral and support. Your ability to understand complex technical offerings, such as annotation & labelling, LLM enhancement, data collection & generation, and relevance & intent services, and translate them into compelling marketing messages will be crucial.
• • Furthermore, you will contribute to our social media presence, working in partnership with the Director of Marketing. This involves executing light social media activities that are firmly rooted in our pre-existing employer branding strategy, Employee Value Proposition (EVP), and commercial content pillars. The goal is to ensure that our social and employer brand activities are not only consistent but also seamlessly integrated with our Go-To-Market (GTM) priorities, reinforcing our position as an innovative leader in the AI data space.
• • You will be expected to stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in growth marketing, digital marketing, and the AI industry. This includes experimenting with new channels, tools, and tactics to continuously optimize our marketing performance. Your proactive approach to identifying growth opportunities and your ability to execute with precision will be highly valued.
