- • As a Growth Marketing Manager at Superduper Inc., you will own and scale player acquisition channels for Bluff, driving efficient user acquisition and building scalable, high-value growth opportunities in the crypto iGaming space.
- • Day to day, you will identify, build, and test acquisition channels including influencers, affiliates, SEO, and community platforms; run rapid experiments across creatives and messaging; optimize for CAC, LTV, and payback period; and scale what works while cutting underperforming initiatives.
- • You will join Playlink, an innovative iGaming company focused on crypto-powered sportsbook and casino experiences, committed to revolutionizing betting and gaming through technology, personalization, and community-driven engagement for a global audience.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in performance-driven influencer and affiliate marketing, advanced SEO strategy, and data-led experimentation; you will gain deep insight into unit economics and player quality by source, and grow into a strategic growth operator capable of building sustainable acquisition engines.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3–6 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or acquisition-focused roles
- • Proven experience with influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, and SEO or organic growth strategies
- • Strong analytical skills with comfort in Excel/Sheets; SQL experience is a plus
- • Deep understanding of acquisition metrics including CAC, LTV, ROI, and payback period
- • Experience running experiments, testing creatives and channels, and scaling based on performance
- • Self-starter mentality with ability to thrive in ambiguity, move quickly, and operate scrappily without large budgets
- • Highly commercial mindset focused on ROI and efficiency over vanity metrics
