📋 Description

  • The Growth Marketing Manager at Rnrs Solutions will drive measurable growth across the company’s business product ecosystem by attracting, activating, and scaling B2B clients, directly contributing to client acquisition, product adoption, and long-term engagement.
  • Day to day, the role involves owning and optimizing performance-driven marketing initiatives, designing and scaling marketing funnels, managing and optimizing PPC campaigns and lead-generation efforts, collaborating with external agencies and internal teams, analyzing campaign performance using KPIs like Impressions, Leads, Conversions, and CAC, translating data insights into actionable strategies, supporting product launches with positioning and messaging, developing go-to-market strategies for new product features, and ensuring cross-functional alignment between product, sales, analytics, and marketing teams.
  • The company is a technology-driven financial services firm building an ecosystem of digital business solutions for entrepreneurs, SMEs, and corporate clients, seeking to scale its B2B product offerings through performance marketing and data-informed growth strategies.
  • In this role, the individual will develop deep expertise in B2B growth marketing, master performance analytics and funnel optimization, gain hands-on experience in product-led marketing and go-to-market strategy execution, and strengthen cross-functional collaboration skills while driving tangible business outcomes in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.

🎯 Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B marketing with a strong focus on performance or growth marketing
  • Hands-on experience launching and optimizing PPC campaigns
  • Experience building and optimizing lead-generation funnels
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with performance metrics and marketing data
  • Experience working at the intersection of marketing and product teams
  • Strong communication skills and ability to articulate marketing strategies and decisions clearly
