- • Own the entire growth engine for Flockler, Relay Commerce’s social-media-aggregation platform, from high-level strategy to day-to-day execution. You will be the single point of accountability for pipeline growth, brand positioning, and revenue impact across eight integrated software products that together process $1B in annual GMV.
- • Lead, mentor, and level-up a compact but ambitious marketing pod of 1–2 specialists (SEO & content). Run weekly stand-ups, set crystal-clear OKRs, and create feedback loops that turn good marketers into great ones while keeping everyone tightly aligned with sales and product.
- • Act as the primary owner and power-user of HubSpot Marketing Hub. Architect lead-scoring models, lifecycle workflows, progressive profiling, and attribution dashboards that give every stakeholder—from SDR to CEO—real-time visibility into funnel health and ROI.
- • Manage a portfolio of external agencies and freelancers (Webflow dev shop, paid-media partners, design contractors). Scope SOWs, negotiate rates, enforce SLAs, and ruthlessly optimize for CAC:LTV. When an agency underperforms, you’ll know first and recommend a pivot.
- • Plan and execute a strategic event calendar that spans flagship trade shows, niche webinars, and virtual demos. You’ll handle booth design, swag, speaking slots, post-show nurture sequences, and ROI analysis—turning every handshake into a qualified opportunity.
- • Drive 4–6 major Go-To-Market plays per year—new feature drops, vertical expansions, pricing changes—end-to-end. Craft positioning, write launch copy, build landing pages, arm sales with battle cards, and measure adoption within 30-60-90-day windows.
- • Own the Webflow marketing site: information architecture, UX, conversion paths, technical SEO, and experimentation backlog. You’ll A/B test headlines, CTAs, and forms until page-level conversion rates beat industry benchmarks by double digits.
- • Build and run integrated campaigns across email, paid social, display, and content syndication. You’ll set budgets, define audiences, write copy, design nurture tracks, and report on incremental pipeline contribution down to the dollar.
- • Establish marketing operations excellence: standardized naming conventions, UTM governance, SLA-driven handoffs, and a quarterly budget re-forecast that the CFO actually trusts.
- • Collaborate daily with the General Manager, Customer Success, Account Management, and Engineering to surface customer insights, prioritize roadmap items, and co-create expansion offers that grow net-revenue retention.
- • Champion Flockler’s thought-leadership agenda—ghost-write executive bylines, secure podcast slots, and curate user-generated-content showcases that cement our authority in social commerce.
- • Maintain a living 12-month marketing roadmap that balances quick-win experiments with strategic bets. You’ll socialize it every Monday, defend it every Friday, and iterate it every sprint.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years in growth, product, or digital marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or martech
- • 2+ years directly managing marketers or agency teams with clear performance metrics
- • 1+ years hands-on HubSpot Marketing Hub administration (certification strongly preferred)
- • Proven track record of managing multiple external agencies on time and on budget
- • Demonstrated success planning and executing events or webinars that generated measurable pipeline
