  • • As the Growth Marketing Manager, Paid Social, you will be instrumental in owning and scaling our paid social acquisition engine. Your primary responsibility will be to continue building upon our success on Meta platforms and strategically expand our presence into emerging channels such as TikTok and Snapchat. This is a deeply hands-on position, requiring daily engagement with our advertising accounts.
  • • You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive strategies, meticulously managing budgets, constructing and refining campaign structures, launching innovative tests, and making critical judgment calls regarding creative direction. A key aspect of your role will be ensuring that every optimization decision is informed by a full-funnel perspective, considering metrics from Click-Through Rate (CTR) and Conversion Rate (CVR) to crucial downstream indicators like show rates and Lifetime Value (LTV).
  • • Collaboration will be central to your success. You will work closely with our dedicated creative team and CRO Specialist to ensure a cohesive user experience from ad to landing page. Furthermore, you will partner with our data and analytics teams to guarantee the reliability of our measurement frameworks and ensure that all decision-making is grounded in robust data insights.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include owning the end-to-end performance of Meta campaigns, encompassing strategy development, campaign structure optimization, rigorous testing methodologies, and strategic budget allocation. You will establish a vital feedback loop in partnership with our integrated marketing and creative teams, ensuring that learnings from paid social campaigns inform broader marketing efforts and creative development.
  • • You will diligently monitor and diagnose full-funnel performance, looking beyond standard platform KPIs to proactively identify the drivers of both successes and challenges. A critical part of your role involves partnering closely with our CRO Specialist to ensure seamless alignment between ad messaging and landing page content, maximizing conversion potential.
  • • You will take ownership of our paid social tracking and measurement infrastructure, including the health of our Pixel and Conversions API (CAPI), and establishing robust lead quality feedback loops. Collaboration with the Data/Analytics team will be essential for enhancing reporting capabilities, ensuring consistency in KPI definitions, and gaining deeper insights into channel performance.
  • • A significant part of this role is owning our strategic expansion into new paid social channels, specifically TikTok and Snapchat, developing and executing tailored strategies for each. You will be expected to translate complex account performance data into clear, actionable insights for the broader marketing team and leadership.
  • • Success in this role will be defined by achieving greater efficiency on Meta as we scale spend, accelerating the pace and increasing the signal quality of creative testing, and ensuring that creative efforts are directly linked to driving patient action. We also aim for improvements in downstream conversion metrics and the successful scaling of our paid social efforts into additional channels.
  • • We are looking for a collaborative partner who excels at working across multiple functions and can adeptly prioritize a substantial backlog of work. You should be a hands-on operator, comfortable diving deep into account details to drive results. Balancing speed with analytical rigor is key; you'll know when to move quickly and when to pause for deeper analysis.
  • • You will be motivated by a strong sense of ownership, a commitment to iterative improvement, and a focus on measurable outcomes. Excellent creative judgment is essential, enabling you to identify effective creative and understand the underlying reasons for its success. A full-funnel perspective is crucial, understanding how paid traffic interacts with landing pages, intake flows, and subsequent conversion stages.
