- • As the Growth Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic planning and meticulous execution of organic growth initiatives across key social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X (formerly Twitter). This involves developing compelling, high-quality marketing content, such as insightful blog articles, impactful PR content, and engaging marketing assets, all aimed at boosting brand visibility and fostering organic growth. A core aspect of this role is the adept use of AI tools like ChatGPT, Jasper AI, and Copy.ai for sophisticated content ideation, crafting engaging captions, generating persuasive marketing copy, and efficiently repurposing existing content.
- • Collaboration is key in this position. You will work closely with talented designers to produce visually stunning and engaging content, utilizing tools like Canva to ensure a cohesive and attractive brand aesthetic. Furthermore, you will be adept at repurposing long-form content into various formats suitable for different platforms, thereby maximizing reach and audience engagement. The management of content scheduling and publishing will be handled through industry-standard tools such as Buffer or Hootsuite, with a constant focus on monitoring performance metrics and optimizing content based on real-time analytics and engagement data.
- • In the realm of SEO and organic growth, you will guide the company's search engine optimization strategy through meticulous content planning and keyword research. A significant part of your role will involve developing and implementing robust backlink acquisition strategies designed to enhance domain authority and improve search engine rankings. You will manage keyword strategies and monitor organic search performance, conducting thorough competitor research and SEO performance analysis using powerful tools like Ahrefs and SEMrush. Close collaboration with developers and content teams will be essential to ensure website content is optimized for strong organic visibility, leveraging tools such as Surfer SEO and Google Search Console.
- • You will also oversee critical website development projects, particularly those utilizing ASTRO and headless WordPress environments. This includes coordinating with developers to ensure websites effectively support marketing campaigns, facilitate the creation of landing pages, and streamline content publishing processes. Maintaining website content, ensuring its accuracy and relevance, and continuously improving site performance and the underlying content infrastructure will be ongoing responsibilities.
- • The role extends to enhancing and managing marketing operations and reporting. This includes the meticulous improvement and management of quarterly marketing reports and shareholder reports, ensuring clarity and accuracy. You will provide crucial support for marketing campaigns spanning email marketing, Google Ads, and revenue operations. Tracking marketing performance and campaign analytics will be a daily task, utilizing platforms such as HubSpot and Google Analytics. Effective coordination across marketing, design, and development teams will be facilitated through collaboration tools like Slack and Asana, ensuring all marketing initiatives are properly tracked, measured, and optimized for maximum impact.
- • A significant focus of this role is AI-Driven Marketing Execution. You will be at the forefront of leveraging AI tools to accelerate content production, deepen research capabilities, refine marketing analysis, and optimize campaign performance.
