  • • Your primary objective will be to collaborate closely with a talented team of designers, developers, and marketing stakeholders to foster consistent organic growth, enable scalable content production, and build robust, efficient marketing systems that support the company's ambitious objectives.
  • • In the realm of Social Media Strategy & Content Execution, you will be responsible for planning and implementing cutting-edge organic growth strategies across key platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X (formerly Twitter). This involves developing high-quality, engaging marketing content such as insightful blog articles, compelling PR content, and impactful marketing assets designed to significantly boost brand visibility and drive organic growth.
  • • A core aspect of this role is leveraging advanced AI tools like ChatGPT, Jasper AI, and Copy.ai for sophisticated content ideation, crafting compelling captions, generating persuasive marketing copy, and efficiently repurposing existing content. You will also partner with skilled designers to produce visually stunning and engaging content using intuitive tools like Canva, ensuring a cohesive and attractive brand presence across all channels.
  • • You will expertly repurpose long-form content into various formats optimized for different platforms, maximizing reach and engagement. Furthermore, you will manage the scheduling and precise publishing of content using industry-standard tools such as Buffer or Hootsuite, while diligently monitoring performance metrics and continuously optimizing content based on engagement data and analytical insights.
  • • Regarding SEO Strategy & Organic Growth, you will guide the company's organic search trajectory through strategic content planning and meticulous keyword research. A key responsibility will be developing and executing effective backlink acquisition strategies aimed at strengthening domain authority and enhancing search engine visibility.
  • • You will manage the overall keyword strategy and meticulously track organic search performance, conducting thorough competitor research and in-depth SEO performance analysis using powerful tools like Ahrefs and SEMrush. Close collaboration with developers and content teams will be essential to ensure website content is optimized for strong organic visibility, utilizing tools such as Surfer SEO and Google Search Console.
  • • In terms of Website & Content Infrastructure, you will oversee critical website development projects, leveraging platforms like ASTRO and headless WordPress to build and maintain a robust online presence. You will coordinate effectively with developers to ensure websites are fully optimized to support marketing campaigns, create high-converting landing pages, and facilitate seamless content publishing.
  • • Your role will also involve maintaining website content updates, ensuring accuracy and relevance, and continuously striving to improve site performance and the overall content infrastructure to support evolving marketing needs.
  • • For Marketing Operations & Reporting, you will be tasked with refining and managing quarterly marketing reports and crucial shareholder reports, providing clear and actionable insights. You will actively support marketing campaigns across email marketing, Google Ads, and revenue operations, ensuring alignment and effectiveness.
  • • You will meticulously track marketing performance and campaign analytics using leading platforms such as HubSpot and Google Analytics, translating data into strategic recommendations. Effective coordination of execution across marketing, design, and development teams will be facilitated using collaboration tools like Slack and Asana.
  • • A fundamental aspect of your role will be ensuring all marketing initiatives are accurately tracked, rigorously measured, and continuously optimized for maximum impact and ROI.
  • • Embracing AI-Driven Marketing Execution, you will proactively leverage AI tools to significantly accelerate content production, deepen research capabilities, enhance marketing analysis, and refine campaign optimization strategies.
