  • • As the UK Growth Marketing Manager at Aphex Technologies Inc., you will play a pivotal role in scaling growth efforts by blending demand generation expertise with a deep understanding of the construction industry’s unique dynamics, helping transform how major contractors plan and deliver infrastructure projects across the UK and beyond.
  • • You will build on a strong foundation of product-market fit in the UK, Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand, leveraging existing case studies, customer advocacy, and thought leadership content to expand awareness and drive demand in both established and emerging markets.
  • • Day to day, you will collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to uncover real customer challenges and ensure marketing strategies are grounded in the truths of engineers and delivery teams shaping critical infrastructure.
  • • You will lead hypothesis-driven go-to-market experimentation, designing and iterating campaigns based on feedback loops to refine targeting across project types (e.g., rail, hospitals, tunnels), contractor tiers (T1/T2), and varying levels of market maturity.
  • • You will manage and optimise the UK digital marketing engine, with an initial focus on LinkedIn Ads, working with designers, the APAC-based growth marketing manager, and cross-functional partners to ideate, launch, and scale data-informed campaigns.
  • • You will leverage account-based marketing (ABM) principles to engage high-value accounts in niche construction sub-sectors, personalising outreach through enriched lead data and AI-enabled workflows such as Clay to improve relevance and conversion.
  • • You will drive brand awareness and lead generation by creating compelling, detail-oriented campaigns that cut through industry noise and highlight Aphex’s tangible value in improving construction planning and delivery.
  • • You will contribute to a culture of curiosity and continuous learning, actively seeking to understand evolving market dynamics, customer behaviours, and industry trends to inform strategic marketing decisions.
  • • You will work within a high-performing, collaborative team that values impact, innovation, and genuine relationships, supporting Aphex’s mission to modernise an industry that drives 10% of global GDP but has suffered two decades of productivity decline.
  • • In this role, you will develop advanced expertise in B2B growth marketing within a complex, relationship-driven sector, gaining hands-on experience with ABM, AI-augmented campaign execution, and cross-functional GTM strategy — positioning you for long-term impact in marketing leadership.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Solid collaboration and relationship-building skills across Sales, Customer Success, product, and cross-functional teams
  • • Deep understanding of how to build and optimise digital campaigns, with LinkedIn Ads expertise strongly preferred
  • • Strong analytical capability: ability to interpret data critically, avoid overreliance on low-quality signals, ask insightful questions, and translate findings into strategic marketing actions
  • • Great communication skills: able to distil complex marketing performance and insights into clear, compelling narratives for diverse internal audiences
  • • High creativity and attention to detail to craft campaigns that resonate in a complex, technical industry and highlight tangible customer value
  • • Curiosity and willingness to deeply understand new markets, construction industry nuances, customer behaviours, and the dynamics of project delivery
