- • The Growth & Marketing Manager role is a pivotal position designed to drive LemFi's expansion within Chinese communities in the United Kingdom. This role is crucial for launching new markets, accelerating user acquisition, and cultivating robust community and partnership networks to foster sustainable growth. The successful candidate will be instrumental in establishing and growing LemFi's presence within this key demographic.
- • A significant aspect of this role involves extensive travel across the UK. You will represent LemFi at various Chinese community events, expos, and meetings, acting as a brand ambassador to increase brand awareness and drive new customer sign-ups. This will include networking with local leaders, potential partners, and organizations to identify and secure sponsorship opportunities for community events. The expectation is to spend 3-5 days in a new UK city every 1-2 weeks, establishing an on-the-ground presence, nurturing relationships, and enhancing LemFi’s visibility within local communities. This presents a unique opportunity to explore the entire country while making a tangible impact.
- • You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive user acquisition strategies specifically tailored to Chinese expatriate communities in the UK. This includes owning growth targets for your assigned markets and consistently achieving results across both online and offline channels. A key part of this responsibility is optimizing campaigns using data and insights to continuously improve performance against key acquisition KPIs.
- • Community engagement is central to this role. You will lead community-driven initiatives aimed at building trust, raising awareness, and fostering advocacy for LemFi. This involves organizing and actively participating in local events, meetups, and forums to educate potential users about LemFi’s services and value proposition. Building and maintaining strong, reliable relationships with community leaders and grassroots partners will be essential for success.
- • Partnership development is another critical function. You will identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships with relevant organizations and businesses to accelerate user growth. Ensuring that these partnerships deliver mutual value and measurable outcomes will be a key performance indicator.
- • To ensure our strategies are effective, you will conduct ongoing market research to gain a deep understanding of user needs, behaviors, and preferences within the target communities. The insights derived from this research will be crucial for refining messaging, features, and overall product positioning, and will be shared with the Product and Marketing teams. You will serve as a strong internal advocate for the user, ensuring community perspectives are represented in key decision-making processes.
- • As a brand ambassador, you will consistently represent LemFi’s mission, values, and voice, promoting the company through clear, persuasive communication across multiple channels. This role requires an entrepreneurial and tenacious spirit, a results-oriented mindset, and a data-driven approach. You should be biased to action, comfortable working independently in ambiguous environments, and possess cultural fluency to engage deeply with diverse communities. Excellent persuasive communication skills are essential for influencing stakeholders and partners. Flexibility and commitment, including willingness to travel and work occasional weekends, are also key requirements.
