- • Dandy Technology, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Growth Media Manager to join our dynamic Growth team. This pivotal role is instrumental in scaling our direct media buys and direct mail programs within a fast-paced, venture-backed environment. You will be at the forefront of transforming the massive and antiquated dental industry, estimated to be worth over $200 billion, by modernizing its operations through innovative technology. As a key player in our ambitious mission to build the operating system for dental offices globally, you will empower clinicians and their teams with cutting-edge technology, fostering innovation and providing world-class support to help them achieve more for their practices, their people, and their patients.
- • As the Growth Media Manager, you will own the complete lifecycle of our growth media initiatives. This includes developing the overarching strategy, identifying and negotiating with strategic media partners, executing campaigns across various channels, managing the flow of qualified leads to our sales teams, and continuously optimizing performance for maximum impact. You will have a unique opportunity to significantly shape our go-to-market strategy, build best-in-class programs from the ground up, and collaborate closely with our Sales and Growth Marketing departments to drive measurable results.
- • **Direct Buys & Partnerships:** Your responsibilities will encompass owning Dandy’s direct media and partnership strategy. This involves a strategic focus on channels such as podcasts, email newsletters, prominent display takeovers, and engaging influencer/creator partnerships. The goal is to rigorously test and scale channels that not only enhance brand visibility but also deliver tangible, measurable performance outcomes. You will be tasked with positioning Dandy as a leader and innovator within the dental industry by forging strategic alliances with creators, publishers, and platforms that are influential in shaping key industry conversations and emerging trends.
- • The role requires overseeing the entire spectrum of campaign execution. This includes meticulous partner selection, crafting compelling content strategies, ensuring timely asset delivery, and providing comprehensive performance reporting. You will be instrumental in developing and implementing a full-funnel growth media strategy, carefully balancing the imperative of brand-building efforts with the necessity of performance-driven activations. A key aspect of your role will be to amplify Dandy’s valuable owned assets, such as webinars, ebooks, and case studies, by leveraging paid distribution and strategic partner channels. Furthermore, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining clear campaign calendars, detailed documentation, and robust processes to ensure that multiple complex programs are meticulously tracked and delivered on schedule.
- • Collaboration with Marketing Operations is crucial to guarantee seamless attribution, efficient lead routing, and clear visibility into performance metrics, from the initial partner activation all the way through to pipeline generation. You will also partner closely with our Sales and Sales Development Representative (SDR) teams to evaluate the quality of leads generated, share critical learnings, and iteratively refine our partner, audience, and messaging strategies to enhance effectiveness over time.
- • **Direct Mail Program:** In addition to digital channels, you will own Dandy’s direct mail strategy. This includes developing and executing campaigns across various formats such as postcards, catalogs, and targeted gifting initiatives, designed to effectively reach both Small and Medium-sized Business (SMB) and Enterprise audiences. Your strategic input will be vital in developing segmentation, personalization, and offer strategies aimed at significantly improving response rates and conversion rates.
- • You will manage all vendor relationships, encompassing production, personalization, and distribution logistics. A significant part of your role will involve allocating budget strategically and prioritizing programs based on their demonstrated performance and potential for future growth. Crucially, you will be responsible for analyzing the results of direct mail campaigns and continuously optimizing them to maximize engagement, return on investment (ROI), and overall pipeline impact. This holistic approach ensures that all growth media efforts are aligned with Dandy's overarching business objectives.
