• • You will be instrumental in developing and executing comprehensive growth strategies for entire states, taking markets from their nascent stages (0-1) to established, high-performing hubs (1-10). This involves a deep dive into market analysis, identifying untapped potential, and implementing robust plans to achieve ambitious growth targets.
• • A key aspect of your role will be to prospect, engage with, and secure partnerships with key players in the industrial sector, including warehouses, distribution centers, and manufacturing facilities. You will act as a brand ambassador, articulating Traba's vision, values, and unique value proposition to potential partners, fostering strong relationships built on trust and mutual benefit.
• • Your responsibilities will extend to becoming a subject matter expert in the light industrial space, encompassing distribution, fulfillment, manufacturing, and third-party logistics. This deep understanding of the global supply chain will enable you to identify opportunities, anticipate challenges, and provide strategic guidance.
• • You will be tasked with building essential tools, providing critical geo-insights, conducting thorough analysis, and establishing reporting structures. These insights will be crucial for surfacing actionable intelligence and recommending strategic initiatives to cross-functional teams, including operations, product, and engineering.
• • A significant part of your contribution will involve establishing new benchmarks for operational excellence. This means proactively identifying and addressing operational bottlenecks, efficiently managing the delicate balance of supply and demand within the Traba marketplace, and ensuring a seamless experience for both businesses and workers.
• • The role demands a hands-on approach to a wide array of operational tasks. This includes the critical responsibility of generating and deploying a labor supply into new launch markets, resolving worker payment issues, and actively supporting the integration of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) at third-party logistics providers (3PLs) with Traba’s database.
• • You will also play a crucial role in nurturing and expanding relationships with existing clients. By deeply understanding their evolving needs and consistently delivering exceptional customer service, you will ensure client satisfaction and retention, contributing to Traba's sustained success.
