📋 Description

• • The Growth Operations Associate will own the full operational lifecycle of Darkroom’s proprietary Flight Plan infrastructure for e-commerce clients, ensuring real-time visibility into business performance through financial and operational dashboards.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing client onboarding, maintaining and monitoring P&Ls, revenue tracking, and margin reporting, identifying inefficiencies, and driving resolution to ensure clients derive actionable insights from their Flight Plan.
• • Darkroom is a leading next-generation growth marketing firm powered by Shadow, a universal AI commerce layer, delivering outsized returns by integrating executive strategy with proprietary agentic technology across e-commerce, media, DTC, and social commerce platforms.
