  • • As the Growth Operations Lead, you will serve as the primary Revenue Operations partner to the leadership teams of Account-Based Marketing (ABM), Marketing, and Business Development Representatives (BDRs). Your role will be pivotal in driving revenue growth by optimizing our Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies and operations. You will be instrumental in ensuring our sales and marketing efforts are aligned, efficient, and data-driven, directly contributing to the company's ambitious growth trajectory.
  • • A core responsibility will be owning and executing comprehensive reporting and analytics. This includes meticulously tracking marketing-sourced and influenced pipeline, analyzing BDR-driven outbound pipeline performance, monitoring target account engagement and multi-threading success, and evaluating funnel conversion rates from Marketing Qualified Accounts/Leads (MQA/MQL) to Won Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR). Your insights will be crucial for strategic decision-making and performance optimization.
  • • You will be tasked with building sophisticated dashboards and establishing robust feedback loops. These tools will provide clear visibility into key performance indicators, such as account tier coverage and penetration, buying committee activity, campaign engagement effectiveness, intent signal performance, and outbound responsiveness. The goal is to clearly articulate what strategies are succeeding, which require adjustment, and where to strategically allocate resources for maximum impact.
  • • Designing and maintaining critical systems that support our GTM operations is another key area of focus. This involves optimizing lead and account routing, implementing effective scoring and attribution models, enhancing ABM campaign tracking and personalization capabilities, and accurately measuring multi-touch engagement across all GTM channels. You will also ensure seamless integration and collaboration between our Marketing Automation Platforms (MAPs), Salesforce, and ABM platforms like 6sense and Demandbase.
  • • You will play a strategic role in the company's planning cycles, directly connecting program performance data to pipeline forecasts and informing critical investment decisions. Your analytical prowess will help shape future strategies and resource allocation, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • • Translating the complex needs of various stakeholders into prioritized, scalable projects and impactful GTM automation initiatives will be essential. You will act as a bridge between operational needs and technological solutions, driving efficiency and effectiveness across the GTM organization.
  • • This role requires a proactive and analytical mindset, a strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, and a deep understanding of the B2B SaaS GTM landscape. You will be empowered to make significant contributions in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where autonomy, speed, and clarity are paramount.
