📋 Description
- • Growth Operations Senior Manager role at Parkade Technologies Inc., a B2B2C SaaS platform modernizing private parking for apartments, mixed-use, and offices.
- • The team is responsible for initiatives that improve customer outcomes, expand service offerings, and facilitate strategic projects.
- • The first undertaking will be to stand-up the Parkade Patroller Network (PPN), a program that facilitates enforcement at customers' lots.
- • The role involves operationalizing the program, formalizing it into a standard product, and building the team, tools, and processes to take it nationwide.
- • The Senior Manager will report directly to the VP of Operations and work cross-functionally across internal and external stakeholders to create and launch flagship services.
- • The role requires end-to-end program management, building the business, designing the team and tools, and keeping expanding the footprint.
- • The ideal candidate has 5+ years of program, implementations, or operations management experience, a track record of taking something from idea to MVP to a scalable service, and comfort operating as a solo builder with the ability to hire and lead a team.
- • The role also requires working knowledge of SQL and experience with low-code platforms, fluency with AI tools and AI-enabled workflows, and strong communication skills.
