📋 Description

• As a Growth Product Designer at Dressly, you will shape the design lifecycle for features that directly impact user lifetime value (LTV), including onboarding, retention mechanics, in-app discovery, upsell flows, cancellation and win-back experiences, and in-app monetization.
• You will collaborate closely with Product Managers and the Growth team to develop hypotheses, design solutions, and validate them through rapid prototyping and A/B testing, driving data-informed iterations from concept to launch and post-release analysis.
• Dressly is a fashion-tech business built by Skelar AS, a venture-builder that creates consumer brands in EdTech, Mental Health, Petcare, FashionTech, and more, with its tech products used by over 10 million people globally and recognized by Product Hunt, The Webby Awards, and TrustPilot.
• You will join a high-impact team within Skelar’s ecosystem, where you can grow your expertise in growth design, monetization strategies, and AI-assisted workflows while contributing to products that redefine industries through technology and personalization.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Design with a focus on consumer mobile apps
• Portfolio demonstrating Growth/Monetization cases (paywall, onboarding, upsell, retention, win-back)
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma and Figma Make, including auto-layout, components, and rapid prototyping
• Understanding of product metrics (CR, LTV, churn) and ability to interpret A/B test data and work with product analytics
• Self-driven mindset: ability to own tasks from problem definition through research, solution exploration, and product launch without micromanagement
• Active use of AI tools in design work and interest in automation
• Upper Intermediate+ level of English
