  • • AirOps is at the forefront of the AI revolution, transforming how brands engage with content in an era where discovery is increasingly driven by intelligent platforms. As the first end-to-end content engineering platform built for this new paradigm, we empower marketing teams to not only get found but to stay found. Our innovative solution is designed to help businesses navigate the evolving discovery landscape, identify high-impact content opportunities, and produce accurate, on-brand content that garners citations from AI and builds trust with human audiences. We are experiencing a period of hyper-growth, having achieved a 5x revenue increase in the past year by enabling leading companies like Ramp, Chime, Carta, and Rippling to leverage content quality as a sustainable competitive advantage.
  • • Backed by prominent investors including Greylock, Unusual Ventures, Wing VC, and Founder Collective, AirOps is building the intelligent systems that will define the future of marketing leadership. We are headquartered in San Francisco, New York, and Montevideo, fostering a global perspective and collaborative environment.
  • • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Growth Product Manager to spearhead our product-led growth engine. This critical role will be responsible for guiding content teams from their initial engagement with AirOps through to establishing early habits and consistent usage. You will be instrumental in mapping, measuring, and optimizing the entire user journey, from initial discovery and activation to early-stage retention. A primary focus will be on ensuring rapid time-to-value and delivering tangible business outcomes within the context of AI-driven search and content optimization.
  • • This position operates at the dynamic intersection of product management, data analysis, marketing strategy, and sales enablement. You will take ownership of defining our overarching growth strategy, establishing a robust experimentation framework, and delivering impactful features that create repeatable, scalable loops across our core workflows, including insights generation, content operations management, and content publishing.
  • • Your key responsibilities will encompass owning the entire acquisition, onboarding, and activation funnel for AirOps, with a strategic focus on content leaders and teams within mid-market and enterprise organizations. You will be tasked with building and executing a product-led growth roadmap that artfully balances the pursuit of quick wins with the development of scalable initiatives directly tied to revenue impact.
  • • A significant part of your role will involve designing and meticulously running experiments across various touchpoints, including signup processes, packaging and pricing models, onboarding flows, template utilization, prompt engineering, in-product educational resources, and lifecycle messaging campaigns. The goal is to continuously refine and enhance the user experience to drive adoption and engagement.
  • • You will be instrumental in creating novel growth loops, such as shareable audit reports, performance scorecards, and curated template galleries. These initiatives are designed to attract high-quality, qualified teams and foster organic word-of-mouth referrals, amplifying our reach and impact.
  • • Close collaboration with our Growth and Marketing teams will be essential. You will partner on self-serve acquisition programs, develop sophisticated content diagnostic tools, and create SEO-friendly in-product experiences that effectively attract users with high intent to engage with our platform.
  • • Working hand-in-hand with our Engineering and Design teams, you will be responsible for scoping, delivering, and iterating on product features with speed and agility. Maintaining an exceptionally high bar for usability, reliability, and overall product quality will be paramount.
  • • Alignment with our Sales and Customer Success departments is crucial. You will collaborate on refining trial-to-paid conversion strategies, defining Product Qualified Leads (PQLs), optimizing lead routing processes, and identifying key in-product moments that effectively support and drive sales-assisted conversions.
  • • This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the growth trajectory of a category-defining company in the AI-powered content space. You will have significant autonomy and impact, working with a passionate team dedicated to innovation and customer success. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, a data-driven decision-maker, and an excellent communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
