Growth Product Manager

📋 Description

• • As a Growth Product Manager at Ruby Labs, you will drive ARPU optimization by increasing product value and deepening user engagement within subscription products, with a clear goal of achieving a 15% quarterly ARPU increase through improvements in retention, engagement, and perceived product value.
• • Day to day, you will analyze user behavior and session data to identify friction points and engagement gaps, build and optimize retention and engagement loops, use AI tools like Claude to generate functional prototypes, own the product backlog, prioritize and execute A/B and multivariate tests, and lead end-to-end product development from idea to production while maintaining high UX standards.
