Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Own end-to-end conversion rate optimization across Solace’s patient funnel, including paid and organic landing pages, intake flows, and pre-visit touchpoints to improve CTR, booking rate, and show rate.
- • Design, launch, and analyze A/B experiments directly in Statsig to measure impact on key funnel metrics and translate results into actionable stakeholder recommendations.
- • Independently build, iterate, and ship experiment variations in Webflow without requiring engineering support.
- • Conduct qualitative research by recruiting and interviewing patients to uncover friction points, synthesize insights into testable hypotheses, and ensure cross-functional knowledge sharing.
- • Maintain a prioritized CRO backlog aligned to business outcomes, not idea volume, ensuring experiments drive measurable improvements in patient journey efficiency.
- • Partner closely with channel managers (Meta, Google Ads, etc.) to ensure messaging consistency and alignment across the entire customer acquisition funnel.
- • Collaborate with Product, Design, and Data teams to align experimentation strategy with broader company goals and product roadmap.
- • Evolve Solace’s experimentation culture by improving frameworks, documentation, and decision-making standards for testing and learning.
- • Stay current on industry best practices in conversion rate optimization and patient experience design, identifying opportunities to innovate and enhance the patient and advocate experience.
- • Interpret data from dashboards and reports to drive optimization decisions, ensuring statistical rigor and clear communication of findings.
- • Manage multiple concurrent experiments with precision, balancing speed and rigor to deliver high-impact results under tight timelines.
- • Demonstrate a bias for action by moving quickly on testable hypotheses while maintaining attention to detail and logical execution.
- • Translate qualitative patient insights into quantitative experiments that improve conversion and reduce drop-off across critical funnel stages.
- • Ensure all experiments are designed with clear success metrics tied to business outcomes, not vanity metrics.
- • Communicate experiment results clearly to non-technical stakeholders, enabling data-informed decisions across the organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3–4 years of hands-on CRO experience, ideally in a lead-gen or sales-assisted funnel
- • Proficiency in Webflow with the ability to independently build and iterate on experiment variations
- • Familiarity with experimentation tools such as Statsig (or similar)
- • Strong understanding of A/B testing, experimentation design, and statistical significance
- • Ability to uncover patient needs through qualitative research and turn insights into testable hypotheses
- • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Data, Marketing) to deliver high-impact experiments
🏖️ Benefits
- • Opportunity to work at a Series C startup backed by top-tier VCs including Inspired Capital, Craft Ventures, Torch Capital, Menlo Ventures, Signalfire, and IVP
- • Mission-driven environment focused on redefining U.S. healthcare for patients and advocates
- • Collaborative, fast-paced culture that values urgency, precision, and heart
- • Direct impact on patient outcomes through measurable improvements in funnel efficiency and experience
