• • As a vital member of the Growth team at HDR Global Trading Limited (BitMEX), you will be instrumental in driving user acquisition, activation, and retention through innovative and data-driven strategies.
• • You will take ownership of multi-channel CRM campaigns, including email, push notifications, and in-app banners, meticulously crafting targeted communications to engage our diverse user base across different regions and for various objectives, such as product launches and engagement initiatives.
• • A core aspect of your role will involve conducting rigorous A/B testing on messaging, payout structures, and overall campaign frameworks. This will require leveraging your proficiency in SQL and Business Intelligence (BI) tools to meticulously track campaign performance, identify key trends, and refine strategies for optimal results.
• • You will be responsible for analyzing post-campaign results against set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), providing deep insights into campaign effectiveness, identifying emerging trends, and formulating actionable recommendations for future marketing endeavors.
• • Design and manage impactful growth projects, including voucher programs, task-based incentives, and loyalty schemes, all aimed at effectively guiding users through different stages of their lifecycle and fostering long-term engagement.
• • Proactively monitor deliverability metrics and user behavior data to pinpoint friction points within the user journey. You will then implement swift, logical, and creative solutions to enhance conversion rates and improve the overall user experience.
• • You will manage and optimize marketing budgets and strategic payouts, with a keen focus on achieving a high Return on Investment (ROI) and maintaining a sustainable Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
• • Collaborate closely with Product, Data, and Design teams to ensure that marketing processes are seamlessly integrated, streamlined, and standardized across all user touchpoints, fostering a cohesive brand experience.
• • Ensure the timely and efficient execution of all planned campaigns across targeted channels, followed by thorough measurement and analysis of their impact.
• • Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, the competitive landscape within the cryptocurrency and digital marketing sectors, and continuously explore and implement growth hacking best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
• • Contribute to the expansion of our user base and the optimization of our conversion funnel by moving beyond traditional marketing approaches and owning the end-to-end user journey.
