• • As a vital member of the Growth team at HDR Global Trading Limited, operating under the renowned BitMEX brand, you will be instrumental in driving user acquisition, activation, and retention through innovative and data-driven strategies.
• • You will be responsible for the end-to-end user journey, bridging the gap between creative marketing initiatives and rigorous data analysis to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
• • Your primary focus will be on conceptualizing, executing, and optimizing targeted campaigns across various channels to achieve specific regional and business objectives, including product launches and user engagement initiatives.
• • You will own and meticulously manage multi-channel CRM campaigns, leveraging tools such as email, push notifications, and in-app banners to foster user growth and loyalty.
• • A core aspect of your role will involve conducting in-depth A/B testing on campaign messaging, payout structures, and overall campaign design, utilizing SQL and Business Intelligence (BI) tools to meticulously track performance and iteratively refine strategies for maximum impact.
• • You will be tasked with analyzing post-campaign results against predefined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), identifying emerging trends, and translating complex data sets into actionable insights that inform future marketing endeavors.
• • Design and implement strategic growth projects, including but not limited to voucher programs, task-based incentives, and loyalty schemes, aimed at effectively guiding users through different stages of their lifecycle.
• • Proactively monitor critical deliverability metrics and user behavior data to pinpoint friction points within the user journey, and subsequently implement swift, logical, and effective solutions to enhance conversion rates.
• • You will manage and optimize marketing budgets and strategic payouts, with a keen focus on achieving a high Return on Investment (ROI) and maintaining a sustainable Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
• • Collaborate closely with Product, Data, and Design teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing processes and standardization across all user touchpoints, fostering a cohesive and efficient operational flow.
