📋 Description

• As a Growth Specialist at AnyVan Inc., you will execute high-impact projects that drive global expansion, working directly with senior leaders to turn growth hypotheses into measurable commercial results across marketing, product, sales, and operations.
• Day to day, you will own the outcome of critical campaigns by launching localized acquisition efforts, building scalable playbooks, analyzing raw performance data, and iterating rapidly on scrappy V1s to improve user acquisition, conversion rates, CAC efficiency, and revenue generation.
• You’ll join a mission-driven team of 400 AnyVanners across London, Cape Town, and Bogota, dedicated to reducing wasted miles in logistics and saving 8,520 tonnes of carbon annually through efficient van utilization and AI-native growth strategies.
• In this role, you will develop commercial fluency, analytical agility, and end-to-end growth execution skills by working across the full stack of growth levers, using AI tools creatively, and accelerating your career in a fast-paced, founder-minded environment.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in growth, performance marketing, BizOps, or consulting
• Commercial fluency with strong analytical skills and comfort diving into spreadsheets to track campaign economics
• Startup mindset with bias for action, comfort under pressure, and self-motivation to roll up sleeves and get things done
• Broad curiosity across the full stack of growth and commercial levers, not wanting to be pigeonholed into one function
• Obsession with speed and frustration with slow approval chains, preferring to learn by doing and ship scrappy V1s quickly
