📋 Description

• • Own the analytics engine behind Sales and Customer Service performance, driving headcount modeling, CAC reporting, commissions, and operational insights that fuel efficient growth.
• • Own monthly reporting end-to-end: validate data, prepare insight-driven memos, explain key trends and variances, and facilitate cross-functional discussions across Operations, Growth, and Finance; manage commission payouts and the commission platform; build and evolve headcount models for Sales, Customer Service, and Underwriting; analyze performance metrics like conversion rates and call volume; own monthly CAC reporting; lead analytical deep dives; and hire, onboard, and develop a junior analyst.
