• • As a Growth Strategy Consultant (Distribution) at Humana Inc., you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our distribution organization, MarketPoint, by providing data-driven strategic direction and identifying critical business issues and opportunities.
• • This role is a key component of the Enterprise Growth vertical, offering business intelligence and strategic planning support to drive long-term growth, particularly within Medicare and individual product lines.
• • You will operate within a dynamic and often ambiguous environment, tasked with creating innovative solutions in areas where clear answers are not readily available, demonstrating comfort with "white space" problem-solving.
• • Your work will involve in-depth evaluation of variable factors, requiring you to analyze complex business problems by synthesizing information from a wide array of internal and external data sources.
• • You will be responsible for producing actionable recommendations and strategic plans based on rigorous data analysis, contributing to the end-to-end strategy development process.
• • A significant part of your role will involve influencing strategic thinking within the organization by making informed decisions on moderately complex issues, particularly concerning technical approaches and strategic initiatives.
• • You will own specific components of strategy creation, including the meticulous development of documentation, the synthesis of diverse inputs, and the translation of raw data into meaningful, impactful insights.

• • A core responsibility is managing the tracking and reporting against key MarketPoint strategies and initiatives, ensuring visibility, transparency, and accountability in program performance to drive tangible value delivery.
• • You will support the creation of the long-term MarketPoint strategy and define the future state by developing high-quality, Board-ready deliverables that clearly articulate organizational objectives, challenges, and compelling findings.
• • This role involves managing work streams within engagements, which includes conducting independent research and analysis, facilitating interviews and working sessions with leaders across the company, and documenting key ideas and actions to ensure follow-through.
• • You will conduct independent analysis and modeling to help the team identify new growth avenues and present actionable findings to senior leadership.
• • You will play a crucial role in supporting the conversion of the strategic plan into executable initiatives and inspiring stakeholders to embrace and advance the strategy as it evolves.
• • Assisting MarketPoint leadership in effectively communicating the value and impact of MarketPoint initiatives to the broader Humana organization is also a key function.
• • This position requires a strong ability to collaborate effectively with senior leaders and subject matter experts, demonstrating excellent program and change management skills to balance evolving priorities and deadlines.
